OkayBet Terms & Conditions — Your Rights & Responsibilities

OkayBet (okaybet-khelo.com) is an internationally licensed online betting platform. These Terms and Conditions OkayBet and forms a binding legal agreement with every user of the platform.

• Only one account may be registered per person.
• Opening multiple accounts from the same IP address or device is prohibited.
• You are solely responsible for keeping your account password secure.

As part of the KYC (Know Your Customer) verification process OkayBet Identity documents, proof of address, or payment method verification may be requested at any time. Withdrawals may be put on hold until verification is complete.

OkayBet's betting activity is governed by the following rules:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or changed, except where the Cash Out feature is available.
• Sport-specific rules apply to each respective sport. If an event is cancelled, the bet amount will be refunded.
• If clearly incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error OkayBet Reserves the right to void that bet.
• Bets may be suspended if match-fixing or any other form of misconduct is suspected.
• Minimum bet is ৳50; maximum bet varies by event.

In live betting, technical delays may occasionally result in a bet not being accepted. OkayBet Is not liable for this, and no funds will be deducted in such circumstances.

OkayBetThe following terms apply to all financial transactions on

• Minimum deposit is ৳200 and minimum withdrawal is ৳500.
• The payment method used for withdrawal must match the one used for the original deposit.
• Withdrawals will not be processed without KYC verification.
• Transactions may be placed on hold if suspicious activity or potential money laundering is detected.
• Funds will not be sent to third-party accounts — payments are always made to the account holder only.

OkayBet Does not charge any deposit or withdrawal fees; however, your payment provider may apply their own charges, which are your responsibility.

OkayBet's bonus offers each come with specific wagering requirements and expiry terms:

• Welcome Bonus (150%): Wagering requirement is 12x the deposit + bonus amount and must be completed within 30 days.
• Weekly Cashback: Withdrawals are unconditional and straightforward.
• Reload Bonus: Each reload bonus has its own terms, which are displayed at the time the offer is claimed.
• Bonus funds must be wagered on bets with minimum odds of 1.50.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time.
• Withdrawing before meeting the bonus wagering requirements will result in the bonus and any associated winnings being forfeited.

The following activities OkayBetIs strictly prohibited on

• Creating multiple accounts to abuse bonus offers (multi-accounting).
• Placing bets on behalf of another person or using someone else's funds.
• Placing bets using automated bots or software.
• Betting based on match fixing, sports manipulation, or insider information.
• Money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
• Exploiting any technical glitch or bug on the platform.
• Harassing or defrauding other users.

If evidence of any of the above activities is found OkayBet May immediately suspend the account and forfeit all balances.

OkayBet Accounts may be suspended or permanently closed in the following circumstances:

• Violating the Terms & Conditions.
• Registering with false or incomplete information.
• Failure to complete KYC verification or provide the required documents.
• Failure to provide the requested documents within 30 days.
• By order of a court or regulatory authority.

You may also close your account at any time by contacting support. Any remaining balance (excluding bonuses) will be refunded upon account closure.

OkayBet Is not liable for the following:

• Bets cancelled or missed due to loss of internet connection.
• Payment delays caused by errors on the part of third-party services.
• If your account password is accessed by someone else.
• In the event of a temporary service outage due to a technical issue.
• Financial losses resulting from your betting decisions.

OkayBet We believe betting should be a form of entertainment, not an addiction. To support that, we offer the following tools:

• Deposit Limit: Set a maximum deposit limit on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis.
• Session Limit: Set a time limit on how long you play in a single session.
• Self-Exclusion: Exclude yourself from the platform temporarily or permanently.
• Reality Check: Check your betting time and spending regularly to stay on track.
